Your privacy is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring that all your interactions with the app are completely private and secure. Importantly, Vivety does not collect any facial information from users, and we never access, store, or process any facial data related to you or any individuals in your photos.

This privacy policy explains in detail how we handle your data when you use Vivety, emphasizing that your data remains under your full control at all times, with no collection of facial information whatsoever.

2. No Account Required & No Collection of Facial Information

Vivety is designed to be completely user-friendly and privacy-focused, requiring no account registration, login, or personal information to use. You can directly open the app and start editing your photos without providing any personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information.

Most importantly, Vivety does not collect any facial information—we do not scan, detect, store, or process any facial features of you or any other people in the photos you upload. There is no function within the app that collects or analyzes facial data, ensuring that your personal appearance and the appearance of others in your photos remain completely private and uncollected.

3. Local Storage of Uploaded and Generated Photos

All photos you upload to Vivety for editing and all photos generated after editing (including the original photos and the edited versions) are stored exclusively locally on your device. Vivety does not upload any of your photos to external servers, cloud storage, or any third-party platforms.

The local storage ensures that only you can access your photos, and Vivety does not have any access to your uploaded or generated images. This means your photos, along with any sensitive content (including no collected facial information), never leave your device unless you choose to share them manually through your device’s own sharing functions.

4. User Control Over Data Deletion

Since all your photos and edited content are stored locally on your device, you have full and complete control over their deletion. You can easily delete any uploaded original photo, edited photo, or generated content directly within the Vivety app through the built-in deletion function.

Additionally, uninstalling the Vivety app from your device will completely remove all photos and data related to the app from your device. Vivety does not retain any of your data after deletion, and we do not collect any facial information at any point.

5. No Background Access to User Data

Vivety’s background operations are strictly limited to providing the core photo editing functionality you request, and the app does not call, access, or process any of your uploaded or generated photos in the background without your explicit action.

We do not run any background processes that collect, analyze, or transmit your photo data, and we never collect any facial information from your photos—even during active editing sessions.

6. No Data Sharing with Third Parties

Vivety does not share, sell, rent, or disclose any of your data—including your uploaded photos, edited content, and any device-related information—with any third parties, including advertisers, analytics providers, or other service providers.

Since we do not collect any facial information, there is no facial data to share with any external parties. We do not integrate any third-party SDKs, plugins, or tools that collect user data, and all app functionality is self-contained within your device.

We take data security very seriously, and since all your photos and content are stored locally on your device, the security of your data is primarily protected by your device’s built-in security features (such as passcodes, biometrics, and encryption).

Vivety does not collect any facial information, so there is no risk of facial data breaches or unauthorized access to facial information. We do not store any of your data on external servers, which eliminates the risk of server-side data breaches affecting your photos.
